1. Return Period

Products purchased from our website can be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

* Unused and in its original condition.
* Returned with the original packaging, invoice and certificates (where applicable).
* Free from any damage, alteration or signs of wear.

2. Return Request

Customers must contact Ganga Jewellers within 5 days of delivery to request a return.

Please contact us with your order number, product details and reason for return. We may request photographs or other information to verify the condition of the product.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Products that have been:

* Used, damaged or altered after delivery.
* Returned without original packaging, invoice or certificates.
* Customized or specially made as per the customer’s requirements.

may not be eligible for return.

4. Refund

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return is approved, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable terms and deductions, if any.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs/video of the package and product.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
