1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All confirmed orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after successful order confirmation and payment.

Orders may take additional processing time during festivals, holidays, sales or due to circumstances beyond our control.

2. Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, it will generally be delivered within 10 days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you through the contact information provided at the time of placing the order.

5. Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, incorrect address information or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Ganga Jewellers will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please contact Ganga Jewellers as soon as possible and provide photographs/videos of the package and product for review.
